Common questions about the Complete Digital Package

Is this really everything I need to get online and stay visible?

For most small businesses, yes. You get your website, hosting, Basic SEO setup and ongoing updates handled, plus social content to keep you active. If you need heavier SEO campaigns or paid ads, we can bolt those on as add-ons.

What happens at the end of the minimum term?

After the 12-month minimum term you can either stay on the plan month to month, move down to a lighter care plan, or take everything over yourself. The website is yours, you are not renting the site.

Can I upgrade or downgrade during the term?

We can review your plan every few months. Small adjustments are fine, but big reductions will usually wait until the initial term is complete.

Do you work with businesses outside Cornwall?

Yes. Most projects are run remotely over email and video calls, so I can work with clients anywhere in the UK.
