Forge & Bloom (IOW) needed a brand and website that felt premium, calm, and trustworthy, while still being easy to manage day to day. The goal was to create a cohesive identity and a clean e-commerce experience that works brilliantly on mobile, guides visitors smoothly from browsing to checkout, and gives the business a strong platform for growth.
They’re currently on my Pay Monthly plan, with a view to upgrading to the Complete Digital Package on 1st September, so the build needed to be solid now and ready to scale without starting again later.
Challenges:
-Creating a premium brand feel without looking corporate or cold
-Building an online shop that’s easy to navigate and easy to buy from
-Making product browsing smooth on mobile, where most customers will visit
-Keeping the back-end simple so products and content can be updated quickly
-Laying foundations that can scale into a bigger digital package (SEO, content, growth activity) without rebuilding
-Ensuring the site supports trust signals and conversion basics from day one

The Result
Forge & Bloom now has a strong brand presence and a modern e-commerce website that looks the part and is built to sell. The site is clean, responsive, and simple to manage, giving the business a professional digital home they can confidently grow with.
It’s also set up with the right foundations so the next stage, moving into the Complete Digital Package in September, is a natural upgrade rather than a rebuild.

Forge & Bloom are currently on my Pay Monthly plan, which keeps their website maintained, supported, and moving forward. From 1st September, the plan is to step up to the Complete Digital Package to push growth further with broader ongoing digital work.
